2nd & Sunday 3rd October
A Club 60TH ANNIVERSARY EVENT
This
event will provide you with the opportunity to use
your cars in a pleasant environment and engage in
social activities not often experienced in our
club.
Apart
from the starting point on Saturday 2nd and our
luncheon on Sunday 3rd places to visit are multiple
& optional so that you can tailor visits to
suit your interest and budget.
Saturday
2nd October
Meet
for morning tea 10.30am at Alowyn Gardens 3.5km
North of Yarra Glen Melway Ref 267 G9 look for sign
on right. From most locations in Melbourne this
will be approximately a 1.5 hr drive. We will have
lunch in Yarra Glen (ample choices) however; you
may wish to bring your morning tea and lunch with
you.
Drivers
briefing at 11am at which time you will be issued
with a suggested activities list for Saturday and
Sunday along with other information.
We
have made a group booking at the Healesville RSL
Club, Maroondah Hwy, Healesville (centre of town).
Order from menu and drinks at bar prices. Please
indicate on the event entry form in the space
provided if you intend joining other members for
dinner.

3rd October
RACV
Club Melway Ref 269 J12
For
those members planning to attend on Sunday only,
please have your car on the forecourt of the RACV
Club by 12 noon. This will allow judging to be
completed before 1.00pm lunch. Should you have
sufficient time, visit Yarra Glen and travel to the
RACV Club via Healesville Yarra Glen Road or visit
Healesville. To reach the forecourt, follow signs
to reception.
Dress code:
Gentlemen - collared shirt / Ladies - appropriate attire

Parking
Please
indicate on the event entry in the space provided
if you will be using a trailer.
If
you are staying in Healesville on Saturday at a
venue other than the RACV Club on Saturday night,
please make arrangements to park your trailer at
your accommodation venue.

Please
use the lower open air car park which is entered
via the first road on the right after passing
through the gates to the club.
After
unloading you are required to unhitch and park your
vehicle and trailer side by side. If your Austin 7
is at all drivable, please unload in the car park
and then drive to the forecourt as space will be
limited.
